As spiritual beings living in a physical body, it is always beneficial to allow ourselves the time to still our mental minds to enhance our connection to our own spirit, ‘our authentic self’ and to that of the spirit world, should we so desire. All levels welcome 12pm to 2pm, once a month on selected Sundays A series of two-hour sessions, will provide the opportunity to gain more awareness of your authentic self, that part of you which stands in the Light at all times, helping you to become more present and deepen your connection to your inner wisdom and guidance. The sessions are varied as are the techniques which include meditation.
